Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is K P S spol. s r.o., registered office 434, 972 11 Poruba, Slovakia, company ID 31 574 866, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Trenčín, section Sro, file No. 2159/R – the operator of Wellness Hotel Bešeňová. 2. What data we process and why

Booking and stay: the details you enter in the booking system (mainly first name and surname, e-mail, phone, dates of stay, number of guests and your note). We need them to conclude and perform the accommodation contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Payment: card payments are processed by the Comgate payment gateway. We neither see nor store your card details; Comgate only informs us of the result of the payment.

Legal obligations: we keep guest records and accounting documents to the extent required by law (e.g. guest register, local accommodation tax, accounting) – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Contact form, e-mail and phone: we use your name, e-mail, phone and message only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Who receives the data

Booking system: Trevlix, s.r.o., Česká republika, IČ 14091887 – processes booking data on our behalf.

Payment gateway: Comgate, a.s., Gočárova třída 1754/48b, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Česká republika, IČ 27924505 – processes payment data as a payment service provider.

The web hosting and e-mail provider of this website.

Google: the map on this website loads only after you click it; Google may then store its own cookies.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) – only with your consent, see Article 5. Google may also transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Public authorities where required by law.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep booking data for the duration of the contract and afterwards only as long as required by law (e.g. accounting documents for 10 years).

We keep contact form messages and e-mails only as long as needed to deal with them.

5. Cookies

Necessary browser storage remembers your choice from the cookie bar. Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (anonymous visitor statistics) are used only if you agree to them in the cookie bar (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to rezervacie@wellnesshotelbesenova.sk.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27 (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).

This information is valid from 30. 10. 2026. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Slovak version prevails.
